Enter your details.
3. After signing in your facebook account and signing up for the code your page should look like this.
4. You should receive code within a few hours, even though it states up a week worth of waiting.
5. Once you get your code follow these steps to enter them and redeem it.
6. Visit PlayStation®Store via your PS3™ or PS Vita system.
7. Select the "Redeem Codes" icon from the "Store Top".
8. If required, sign in to your Sony Entertainment Network account.
9. Enter the 12 character voucher code and select Continue.
10. Follow the on-screen instructions to redeem the voucher code.

Basically before the 30 days trial ends (2-3days before) you have to cancel the trial so they don’t charge you!
